The topic my group chose to go with was the way technology has affected our modern culture. What  interest me about this particular topic is that technology, has changed our modern society drastically and there has become so many facets tied together with this social phenomena. There are just so many different ways in which one can analyze this topic, its almost endless. With everything from cell phones to laptops, to tablets, and other portable wi-fi enabled devices,data bases, websites and,  we have become a technological entity, one that has never ever been seen before, and our group has chosen to embark on the extensive journey of technology.

             This phenomena has even had a change on politics, from everything from elections,( which proved to be really prevalent in the 2008 election of President Barack Obama) to the campaigns of certain referendums and the passing of legislations

The topic I desire for my group to research would have to be the concept of... the political hatred in America.

        My favorite research paper that I did was one on multiple personalities. With this particular research paper it was not only informative, but yet inspirational.  The research was inspirational in a sense that it opened my eyes to see a bigger picture; it ignited a flame a social enlightenment that most likely would have been found much later on.

        I performed this research for my AP psychology class back in high school, The project entailed for individual to chose a psychological disorder; and search extensively for the causes, the cures,  and the medical ramifications of that issue. As most high school teachers do, they require students to make a presentation using of course...Microsoft Office Power Point. Upon further researching of the topic I found that MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) is caused by a variation of things, but more commonly, were a undeveloped neuron system; or a simply because of a bad history with things such as... Abuse when at a young age, and other violent histories.

        As stated previously, it was an eye-opener, it showed me how to cope and live with all people despite there natural and unfortunate disabilities.

My name is Troy Crittendon. I am a political science major, and I absolutely adore it. I am 18 years old and and a freshman at the University of West Georgia. I sing and act, with an occasional athletic involvement. I also like to start organizations that benefit the needy and that help and provide services to those who need them. I am a generous person socially, but fiscally not so much. I desire to pursue a law degree and start my own firm, after being affiliated with a highly famed firm in the great state of California. After practicing in California I desire to start my own production company that produces not just movies, but television shows and independent films.
